NATIONAL CANCER SOCIETY MALAYSIA'S RELAY FOR LIFE KUALA LUMPUR 2009

National Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM) invites YOU to join the fight against cancer by participating in the Relay for Life Kuala Lumpur 2009, from 30 - 31 May at MSN Training Stadium, Bukit Jalil.RFL is 16 hours of non-stop fun and excitement, where teams of people of all ages and from all walks of life come together for this noble cause by camping out at the stadium and taking turns walking or running around the track.

How can you participate?

1. By registering at www.cancer.org.my as a participant, registration fee is only RM10.00/pax.

2. By forming a relay team of up to 10 members, register, take a pledge card and help raise funds for cancer awareness

3. By becoming a volunteer for RFL KL 2009 or NCSM - we welcome all volunteers, the more the merrier!!

RFL KL 2009 starts on 30th May 2009 at 6pm and ends the next day on 31st May 2009 at 10am.

The programme outline : 30th May 2009

6.00 pm Start

1) RFL KL 2009 Opening Ceremony

2) The Survivors Lap - Survivors of cancer take center stage and walk the first lap to celebrate their victory

3) The Luminaria Ceremony - A celebration to honor and remember those who have fallen in the cancer battlefield. A luminaria is a small bag filled with sand holding a small candle which will be lit throughout the night

4) All night entertainment, games, competitions and races

31st May 2009

1) Night camping

2) Midnight Movie

3) Endurance Race

4) Morning exercise

5) Light entertainment

6) RFL Closing Ceremony – Final lap around the track.

My Last Nite ....

My Last Nite here @ Perlis....kuala perlis....taman semarak...kke...kke2....UniMAP.....Goodbye my frens...will definately miss u'll and all the great times here....4 years that we had here.....feelings rite now= all campur adok.....sad....i hate perpisahan ni.....sebak gile wehhh.....but i have to accept it....our time as an undergrad here is over...it's time to say goodbye...go home and move on kan..but i havent yet....it takes a little more time....hmmm.....miss u all..... see u all at our convo k @ 15 August 2009.....by Perlis...memories here will remain forever.....ok gtg load my stuff in the car...will be leaving kke around 5.30 am @ 23 May 2009

MASUM 09

Hye guys...haa ni nk citer skit sal MASUM 2009....was held @ UUM, SINTOK, KEDAH ....finally i joined MASUM...selama ni asyik nk join xpi ade je hal ken abalik la pe la.....so kali ni i managed to join....and yang paling best dapat masuk team futsal...game yang i paling suke ...hahaha....this time i had fun...seriously it was great...although kite x menang or bak kate kak yuzz "kalah tipis"....but sgt la best coz team yang sgt best...to u'll guys i mizz u'll and glad to know u'll....ha...MASUM fasa 1 was from the 14th May - 21th May 2009...but we'll stayed only until da 19th...haha .....so cm ne ni??? nk cter sal game ke nak intro teamates.....hmmm.....cter sal game lu la ye...then intro sal teamates & gossip terus skali...hehehe(devil)...ok...so nak kate training dah lame....hmmm x jugak...sat je pun...besela tu kan....actually kena start stay kt uum ffrom da 14th but nasib bek la dekat ngan perlis n disebabkan tgh byk keje skit time tu sal fyp...lagi pun br je pas present so we'll (me..ala...n jane) ulang-alik sat la...on the 15th onwards we stayed there...hehe....so back to the game....15 mlm our 1st game UniMAP vs USIM ( 1-1) , 16th morning second game UniMAP vs UKM ..oooo....coach dah gtau marking bdak no 9 or no 7 terlupa lak skung ni...bdak tu kecik je xpi sgt pantas & licik....pemain bolasepak m'sia....ha mmg terserlah bakatnye and skillnye skali...pergh die saje jaringkan 6 goal beb.....mane x hebat.....nk kate suh marking die...penat gile.....lain kali bagi die sorg je mian tok team die snng...penat je yg lain tu...(no offense ye tooo u guys or sesape yg dr UKM yg bace) luahan hati je...ha lupe nk gtau skor (6-1) at least we got 1 k....game yg ktorg smua x brape nk puas hati...atas byk sebab...xnk cter kt cni..sb rahsia team gtu lak...suspen je kan...ok2 so besela tu balik ngan frusnye....next and actually our final game....UniMAP vs UDM (1-1)...ha time ni ktorg dapat captain cun @ cantek @ ayu gtu....hahaha sapekah die....nntikan ye....so nk kate bab smgt tu dah mmg ade dah tu ...but beselah xde rezeki kot nk menang...adoi...agak sedey...so dgn itu berakhirla game futsal wanita masum tok UniMAP...hanye stakat game di peringkat grouping saje....its ok will try again next time...i meant u guys la ye...i dah xde chance dah....but the fun hasnt ended yet.....haaa....malam perasmian MASUM 09.....unimap dpt pemegang sepanduk yg cun....perghh....ramai yg mai nk b'gmbr ngan die ...nntikan pisc dibwh ye....hehe....then selesai bab yg skema...mula la concertnye...artis yg hadir = aris ariwatan...mila....n zahid....ktorg ni yg xde game esok nye...n sgt2 la nk enjoy mmg enjoy la malm tu....belasah la org tgk cm ne pun asalkan ktorg enjoy....hahah best gile.....bukan wat pe pun lompat2 je ngan lagu2 but adenye geng yg sgt best ...energetik...n sporting tu yg syok.....hahaha....jgn dilupakan coach rizal yg turut berdansa mlm itu ye...wow so hot....next up rehatla...next day pi a.s menyokong team volley....ha...yg lagi best ptg tu balik je hostel terus planning nk wat pe...plan = pi karok....thanx tu en.nizam our manager....no keta sewa...dapatl ktorg pi a.s....ha pe la smua prasan masuk AF ke OIAM gtu...hahaha ...of course ngan ak skali w'pun suare ku...errmmm...segan weh bile ak tgk balik video....huhu...menghabiskan seharian di perantauan gtu...esok paginye br blik...haha...so = x tdo da whole nite...penat...but no regrets at all.....kantoi smua rahsia disini...xpela...conclusionnye...i luv u guys....enjoyed our time together....glad to meet u'll...hope we'll keep in touch....and definately miss u'll...gmbr kenangan menyusul k...bye

Final Bowling geng outing in UniMAP days

The title of this post is enough to set my emotions feeling sad. Time brought us together, yet now it also separates us from each other. I hope we will keep in touch and i mean it not just for the sake of words k......Hahaha....some pics for u'll...this is our final bowling geng gathering before we complete our studies here @ UniMAP and part ways choosen by us individuals....

Actually kt smua ni agak la kecewa that day sebab at first cadabg nk pi tgk movie....that's y pi a.star...dahla aritu jam lak...sb that was a long weekend..maklum la 1st may labour day kan....so sampai je kt a.star mall pi la nk beli tiket...hamoeh tul...tutup.....damn....akibat kelaparan pi la menjamu selera di joned's cafe....after that cadang nk pi karok la....but before that singgah menara sat ....then headed off to a.s mall again for e-box....xpi penuh la plak...org tu siap suh booking la tok esok la apela...but ktorg ni xnak esok nk time tu gak.....pe lagi then mula la dok round2 the whole of a.s i guess cari tmpt karok...or at least smtg to be done...but mostly tutup as it was mlm jumaat....huhu....so next pe lagi balik perlis la....igt nk singgah tmpt karok kt kangar xpi x jadi lak...pi jeti aje la....lepak la kt ctu ...bual2...as it our last nite together kan....so smua pun rase xnak balik lagi....smpi about 5am...then pulangla smua tok menunaikan solat subuh......after that pi breakfast kt kfc..hahah...best2....i will remember our stand for rm 3.90 meal and not rm 5.90 or so ye...haha.....tu jela...actually i dah cut short skit cter ni...shj...rahsia la skit kan...ok la gtg...ape pun i'll miss u guys....will never regret joining sukan staff kerana ictu la bermula pershabatan kt ini....bye guys...c u all @ convo @ 15 august 2009 k...
