Job Hunting

Hye guys...lame ku menyepi...yeah just to share wif u all...yesterday (mon)was my very first job interview...after sending some amount of application this was the irst one to reply...so definately excited and couldnt wait to get over ot to...pe lagi my plans was rest a.k.a bercuti for a month and hopefully start working by july...my plans k.....so how was the interview???... it was okay i guess....well the eng manager he as open to take in a women eng in his dept as he said there are only guys in his dept...but somehow his sceptical about it...bout would i be able to perform...deal with the work load....shifts on call 24/7 and etc....will i be willing to get my hands dirty...ye la maintenance eng maa...to me i dont mind all that ...yeah but i do know its really2 challenging...nvr mind so i asked him what about the other dept???? actually i'm kinda interested in the production dept n IE(industrial eng) dept....n there he goes again all guys he says.....yeahhhh so wat ....y does gender gotta to be the issue here??? hmmm...he said so only QA & IE there r girls...ok la tu kan...so the ans is obvious...take in more girls (female eng) only then there will be more female eng in the dept...kan....i just dont understand why gender is questioned??? any way thats my experience...so hope for positive results...and will keep on hunting for jobs....
